In this project Future Makers ArtEZ, together with its partners, will research how locally-produced fibres such as hemp could be made into an attractive fashion or textile product.
How could fashion and clothing designs using locally-produced fibres be incorporated into a circular production system, and how should locally-produced ‘fashion’ be marketed? In the same way we market organic food? Or should another approach be taken?
The project is supported by the province of Gelderland and the municipality of Arnhem.

UPDATE: Students from the Master Creative Industries from the Radboud University in Nijmegen created this movie to conceptualise and visualise the project as their end-of-year assignment.
