i-did and IKEA
“We take our responsibility for what we produce and sell,” says Lisen Wirén, Country Sustainability Manager, IKEA Netherlands. “IKEA designers are constantly researching ideas how we can reuse waste and remnants into new designs. We do this by using more recycled materials, by closing the loop as much as possible, by designing in new ways and to innovate our supply chain.”
The first limited collection created in collaboration with i-did will consist of textiles for dinner the kitchen, such as table runners, napkins and aprons. The first collection will be available from November this year.
